TaskBubl helps families, classrooms, and teams track tasks and rewards. We collect only what we need to run the app, and we never sell your information.

Beta testing

TaskBubl is in active beta testing. Features may change, pause, or be removed as we improve the app, and your data may be reset during testing.

What we collect

• Account details: email address and password (stored securely) for organizers and members with their own sign-in.
• Group details: names, avatars, birthdays, tasks, points, wishlists, and celebrations you add.
• Optional photos uploaded as proof of completed tasks or achievements. These are private to your group.
• Basic usage information, such as pages visited and device type, to improve the app.

Children

Children's profiles are created and managed by a parent or guardian organizer. Children do not need an email address to use a managed profile. We do not show ads to children or share their information with third parties. A parent may review, change, or delete a child's information at any time from the Group page.

How we use information

• To run your group's board, approvals, points, and rewards.
• To send emails you request, such as invites and notifications.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

Sharing

Information is visible only to members of your own group. We use trusted service providers to host the app and send email; they process data only on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can delete your account at any time from the Group page. Organizers can remove members, which deletes their points and history.
